Work / Life balance: Scorching a path
or just burning out?

In business we all want to get ahead and are prepared to go the extra mile in the hope that we can achieve this. If this becomes the norm and pushes aside time to rebuild both mentally and physically the result will be detrimental to both the individual and possibly the company.

Chris will take the attendees along his personal journey in corporate life and setting up a business where he was able to recognise the warning signs and how he has been able to develop a practical work/life balance.

  • You will leave this session being able to identify where you or your team risk burnout
  • You will also learn what steps you can take to avoid burnouts.

Workshop leader: Chris Cooper, SeoFon
