Who is it by: Martin Smith from Martin Smith Learning & Development
This workshop could help you to become:
More productive but less busy
- Better organised
- Less stressed
- More motivated
What will I get out of it?
The workshop will help delegates to identify some golden rules for their own personal Working Smarter processes and rather than simply focus on Time Management as a skill this workshop encourages the delegate to look at ways of being smarter about how and even when they work. After all, we are all different, and I have found that different approaches work for different people. However, simply put, by doing the right things, at the right time and in the right way, they will be more in control of their workload and their stress levels.
With the accelerating change of the twenty-first century, the ability to work smarter and maximise the use or your personal resources are at the top of the personal development list. This short workshop is designed to provide an exploration of some essential tools to enable greater control and responsibility for how we use our time.
