The Worthing-based financial advisory team, Carpenter Box Financial Advisers, has been awarded membership of the Trading Standards exclusive Buy with Confidence scheme.

The Buy with Confidence scheme provides an approved-trader list, increasingly used by consumers seeking to ensure that professionals appointed on their behalf are reputable and trustworthy.

Trading Standards vets and approves all businesses granted membership to ensure that they operate in a legal, honest and fair manner. Candidates must also agree to abide by the scheme’s code of conduct in line with the letter of the spirit and the law.

During the rigorous application process Carpenter Box Financial Advisers were subject to a series of checks, including an expert audit, as well as a review of its customer feedback history and current references.
