How to write an effective business plan - online workshop - The Business Hothouse
Date: Wednesday 30th March
Time: 10am - 12pm
This event will be held online
Designed for start-ups, this 2 hour session will guide you through the key component parts of a good business plan. Includes a Q&A session.
Sponsored by Mole Valley for Business and delivered by our start-up expert, Paul Dallibar, this remote, interactive workshop will ensure that you have the ability to write a business plan that covers all the bases and enables you to apply for business funding or grant funding.
The components covered will be:
- Executive Summary
- Your product/service
- The market and the opportunity
- The competition and understanding what's special about your business
- Why do you need the money?
- Financial forecasts
- What are the risks?
- Contingencies
We'll finish on why all of the above components are critical to an underwriter agreeing to finance your business, or a grant fund manager agreeing to award you a business grant.
We'll then have a Q&A session where Paul will help you towards your next step in gaining funding and finance for your start-up or early-stage business.
