I own Anthony Candler & Associates, working as a SFEDI accredited business adviser, currently mainly offering business training, particularly in leadership and management, selling and negotiating. I have been a member of the Chamber for 9 years and have also served on the Executive Committee. Being an Ambassador means furthering and maintaining our position as the premier ‘Voice of Business’.
Garry is an experienced business advisor and trainer who is committed to help as many businesses as he can to start, survive and succeed. By being an ambassador, Garry Hopes to introduce more businesses to the chamber and help them integrate as quickly as possible to make the most of all the benefits on offer.
Patt Fallon, is the creative bald genius behind Bald Designs Limited, a Graphic Design company based in Europe. Every bald design is made bespoke for each client! No templates or generic styles are produced at Bald Designs and this makes each and every end product completely unique!

Expert Virtual Assistant Services
I am Emma, the owner of Expert Virtual Assistant Services Ltd. I have been running my business for 18 months now offering Virtual Assistant Services to small businesses and consultants who just don't have the time to get many of their business tasks done. I have a background of over 20 years in sales and recruitment and have worked with many clients and organisations. I love dealing with people and have really benefited from joining the Worthing and Adur Chamber since I started my business. It's been a great platform for meeting like-minded businesses and building my network in the area.

Mint create, develop and coordinate branding, website, promotional print and marketing.
We combine creative graphic design, solid technical expertise and great service. We also have the brand new, Mobile Design Studio.
Established 24 years ago, Mint have the expertise to work with all types of organisations who value and need to make the right and a good impression, online and on paper.
As Lead Ambassador I want to help us become an effective and proactive group of Ambassadors. The Chamber offer a comprehensive range of activities and events and our objective will be to offer our support by keeping current members informed and engaged, by making new members feel welcome and by generating interest in the wider local business community.

Sarah is a Independent Financial Advisor at Chantler Kent Investments, a friendly advisory firm which works with you to find out what your financial goals are for the current time and also the future. Sarah joined the Chamber to be able to network within Worthing and have the opportunity to meet like-minded people.
As an Ambassador for the Chamber, Sarah hopes to help new and current members to do the same.
Martin Smith Learning & Development
Martin Smith is a Management Trainer and Executive Coach working with business leaders to develop their management and business communication skills to help them increase performance, both from themselves and their people.
As an Ambassador Martin ensures a warm welcome to any event that he attends, hopefully taking any ‘fear’ out of networking for the first time.
With over 30 years experience in graphic design for marketing I run yoohoo creative, a brand agency established in 1997. As an Ambassador I get to help support local companies by sharing my business experience and to guide small businesses to get the most from being a Chamber member.
Mark Owen is the owner of Mocha Furniture Ltd. Based in Worthing, Mocha are experts in supplying commercial furniture solutions for office, hospitality and leisure premises.
For me the role of an Ambassador is to provide a friendly face and ensure all new members feel welcomed, comfortable and included at Chamber events. Nothing worse than standing alone at an event whilst it goes on around you!
Martin is a director of Seaside Creative, an agency that offers a complete service to clients that encompasses every aspect of marketing in the modern world.
We work with clients as a partnership, offering a complete service. We don’t waste time tinkering at the edges, we tackle goals head on and we get results. This means clients can trust us to get on with the campaigns, while they get on with core activities. Dealing with just one agency saves much precious time and hassle too.
The Chamber has helped me immensely from training, exhibitions to networking events. Having taken a proactive stance with the Chamber, I think I’m well placed to advise new and prospective members on how to get the best from their membership.
Warnes have been trading for nearly eleven years and in that time most of our work has been in central London, we are a local company but did not carry out much work so looked to the chamber and membership to help introduce ourselves locally. This had a very positive effect and on our representation locally and we have since completed some exciting projects in Worthing and the surrounding area, I am very keen demonstrate the benefit of the Chamber membership and in my role as a ambassador I am happy to help in any way new and existing members
Future Options Recruitment
With 28 years in the recruitment industry, Janet is now Business Manager of Future Options Recruitment, which was launched in 2016. Future Options recruits on-site for the parent company, Future Form Modular, a new state of the art UK owned volumetric modular manufacturing facility in Shoreham by Sea “I was honoured to be asked to be an Ambassador as it gives me the opportunity to meet likeminded business individuals and to share knowledge. Moving forward I would like to assist with recruiting new members and opening up new business channels wherever possible.”
I run Nsure Chartered Insurance Brokers, part of the Nsure Group of companies in Rowlands Road, Worthing. We are the only Chartered Insurance Brokers in West Sussex, a status that demonstrates our commitment to professionalism, ethical practice and recognising standards of knowledge and capability. This applies both throughout the organisation and personally, and I am a Fellow of the Chartered Insurance Institute, as well being a Past President and current Chair of the Sussex Insurance Institute’s Programme Team.
It is vital that local businesses support and assist each other with knowledge and best practice and I am very happy to be actively involved with the Chamber.

I started GoGecko Just over a year ago as a high touch recruitment consultancy providing a personal service to job seekers and companies across Sussex.
The Worthing chamber of commerce have been an integral part of my business from day one providing advice, support and guidance. I am really proud to be an ambassador for the chamber to help spread the word and support new members and be part of a fantastic business community.
Having worked for Chichester College for 10 years, I recently changed roles and became an Assessor Trainer. Looking after Accountancy Apprentices. I also hold workshops and training on a number of distance learning courses that College offer’s. Previous experience includes Business Development, recruitment and training, supporting employers and individuals to develop their training needs, which inspires greater performance in the workplace. I strive to offer a professional approach and always act in the best interest of the client.
