Course details:  Putting your people first is paramount, they will need reassurance they are working in a safe and supportive environment that is prioritising their mental and physical well-being. Being flexible, inclusive and open will allow you to establish working practices and support mechanisms that combine the needs of your business with those of your people.

Who is it for:  It is aimed at leaders and managers who need to balance productivity with meeting the wellbeing needs of their employees.
