Chamber Training Academy WiseUp2: Everything is negotiable
Course details: Most people don’t do enough preparation before entering into an important negotiation, whether at work or at home. The result is likely to be a poor outcome, especially if the other party is prepared and knows how to negotiate effectively. Negotiation is a life skill that few bother to learn. There are some key tools in this program to ensure you are properly equipped. Understanding opposing styles, planning entry and exit points for each party, identifying what items you can give up in return for outcomes of high value to you, clarifying your walk-away position, spotting and using tactics to your advantage. Ensure that you get what you want the next time you have to negotiate. In the end, of course, everything’s negotiable!
Who is it for: Anyone who wants to improve their knowledge and skill in negotiating.
What will I get out of it? Practical and actionable advice to ensure you get what you want next time you have to negotiate.
