Did you know that 131 million days are lost to sickness absence every year in the UK? Sarah Vine is the Wellbeing Advisor for Adur & Worthing Council and will be joining us to give you some top tips and introduce the free wellbeing in the workplace programme that is on offer to all local businesses.

Kevin Pearce, Owner of Cedar Garage signed up for the wellbeing at work programme and is confident that by focussing on the wellbeing of his employees, his business is fitter as a result. Kevin will talk about the benefits of the programme and how he has prioritised employee wellbeing.
