CHAMBER TRAINING ACADEMY
Peer Mentoring Taster Session

Run your business with the support of people who understand the reality.

Imagine having a trusted group of local business owners you can turn to for honest advice, fresh perspectives, and practical support -  people who challenge your thinking and help you move forward.

Peer Mentoring connects you with a trusted group of local business owners who support, challenge, and learn from each other in a confidential, professionally facilitated environment.

Our Peer Mentoring programme has been running successfully for 13 years and brings together 8–12 business owners from different sectors for monthly sessions over 12 months. Using an Action Learning approach, members work through real business challenges, explore practical solutions, and are held accountable to taking action.

This taster session gives you the chance to:

  • Learn how the Peer Mentoring programme works

  • Experience the group dynamic and facilitation style

  • Decide if it’s the right fit for you and your business

What you’ll gain from Peer Mentoring:

  • Time to work on your business, not just in it

  • Honest feedback and fresh perspectives

  • A trusted peer group — your own monthly “board of directors”

  • Practical ideas, support and accountability

Join us to find out how Peer Mentoring could support you and your business over the next year.

Date: Wednesday 21st January
Time: 9:30am - 12:30pm
Cost: This taster session is free to attend
