An accredited trainer and executive coach, I work with individuals, and organisations across all sectors, helping people realise their leadership potential in order to empower their teams to achieve excellence. I spent 25 years working for Surrey and Sussex Police in various leadership roles, leading large teams often in collaboration with a range of external organisations. Before taking early retirement, I was the Head of Crime Training for Surrey and Sussex Police. I enjoy helping people understand the practical application of leadership in real life situations enabling them to deliver positive outcomes using a compassionate and ethical style of management. I am passionate about supporting people to develop their full potential and become the very best that they can be.
