An RICS regulated Firm of Chartered Surveyors specialising in RICS Red Book Valuation work on both Residential and all types of Commercial Properties to include Valuations for CGT, Charities Act, IHT (Probate), Company Accounts, Re-instatement Cost Assessment (Fire Insurance) Matrimonial disputes, Telecom Masts, property acquisitions. We also undertake Professional Landlord & Tenant work to include commercial rent reviews and lease renewals, residential lease extensions and enfranchisement. We have a Property Management Department for both residential and commercial properties. Based in Worthing we cover Sussex, Hampshire and Surrey.
