Hi, I’m Sam, founder of People Finding Consultancy, a Certified B Corporation® and winner of Best New Start-Up at the 2024 Adur & Worthing Business Awards. With more than 25 years’ experience in recruitment, I help growing businesses find and keep brilliant people – without relying on a traditional recruitment agency or needing their own in-house recruiter. ### Recruitment support that feels in-house I work as an extension of your business, getting to know your culture, values, team and ambitions before representing you in the recruitment market as though I were part of your own team. That means I don’t hold a database of CVs or simply send people across in the hope that somebody fits. Instead, I build a recruitment process around your business and proactively find people with the skills, values and motivations to thrive within it. My clients are typically growing SMEs that care about their people and reputation but don't necessarily have the time, recruitment expertise or internal resource to manage hiring as well as they would like. ### How I can help **Fully managed recruitment** I take responsibility for the entire recruitment process, from defining what you really need and creating the advert through to managing applications, interviewing, selection and keeping everyone informed along the way. It gives you the expertise of an experienced recruiter working alongside your business, while freeing you and your team to concentrate on running it. My fully managed recruitment service also includes a three-month replacement guarantee, subject to terms and conditions. **Recruitment consultancy and support** Not every business needs me to manage everything. I also provide flexible consultancy support, helping with areas such as recruitment strategy, job descriptions and adverts, application screening, interview design, interviewing, selection and improving the overall hiring experience. Sometimes you simply need an experienced recruitment professional to act as a sounding board and help you make a confident decision. ### Why People Finding Consultancy?
