Step8Up Academy is a UK-based L&D, training and skills provider helping businesses, professionals and individuals build practical capabilities in leadership, project management, AI, digital skills and productivity. We work with SMEs, employers, local authorities and funded programmes to make high-quality training accessible and relevant to the real world. Our approach is highly practical, combining live expert-led training, hands-on projects, recognised qualifications and a modern learning platform. We are a BCS Accredited Training Partner and deliver both privately funded and government-supported programmes. Our focus is simple: helping people and businesses improve skills, productivity, confidence and performance. In West Sussex, we are currently supporting businesses through funded Skills Bootcamps in areas including Project Management and Leadership & Management, helping local SMEs upskill their teams at a fraction of the usual commercial cost.
