Nicky Bell describes her show as both an exhibition of watercolours and ways of observing. Her works evoke landscape but they change as you look at them, re-forming like clouds into landscapes of the imagination. Their fascination is as much in paint and water bleeding together, and the lines created at the edge of a brushstroke as in the subject matter and Nicky controls these chance encounters with consummate skill.

Our Pop-Up Shop returns

Join us for our opening event from 5-7pm on Friday 26th May for a first look at new delights from the artists and makers at Colonnade House including: John Bond, Peon Boyle, Sara Dare, David Dutton, Sarah Edmonds, Julie Ingham, Mad Robot Comics, Susie Warner and special guests Men in Sheds.

The Pop-Up Shop will be open from 26th May - 10th June, Tues - Sat 10 - 5pm

Fleur Kreel : New paintings

Popular local artist Fleur is back with a new collection of work driven by her love of the local landscape. Running in parallel with the Pop-up Shop you are welcome to the opening of this exhibition on Friday 26th May 5-7pm and the show then runs until 10th June, Tues - Sat 10-5pm
