Certified Team Manager / Mid-Manager Bootcamp (Leadership & Management Level 3) – Start date Monday 14th September
A practical six-week programme for team members, developing managers and directors who want to lead people more confidently, communicate clearly, understand business finances, deliver projects effectively and use AI responsibly in everyday management.
The programme runs live over Zoom, Mon–Thu, lunchtime/afternoon (12:30–3:00pm) for 6 weeks – deliberately timed so people can wrap up their usual work and still be free before the school run. Every session is recorded with lifetime access, so nothing's lost if someone misses a lesson, and we offer support to catch up too.
The programme is 100% free for job seekers, charity members including volunteers, and £150 waiver available to some SMEs on case by case to make it free for SMEs
Week by week:
- Week 1: How to lead, motivate & manage
- Week 2: Communication, conflict & difficult conversations
- Week 3: Finance for non-finance managers + better decisions
- Week 4: Delegation, productivity & team performance
- Week 5: Project delivery + practical AI for managers
- Week 6: Strategy + their own 90-day leadership plan
It's practical rather than theory-heavy – learners work on a real challenge from their own business throughout including hearing from guest speakers (finance directors, ops leaders, AI practitioners, HR experts). The idea is managers can start using what they learn from day one, not file it away.
