Bennett Griffin was established in Worthing, West Sussex, in 1990 following the merger of two existing local solicitor practices and are extremely proud of their reputation for providing business and private clients with expert, effective and timely advice.
By consistently offering unequaled service, the business has grown in size, team, clientel and offering and after recently merging offices now resides at Liverpool Gardens in Worthing.

As a firm Bennett Griffin have been awarded the Lexcel Practice Management Standard from the Law Society
Many of the legal team hold individual accreditations which have been awarded by independent external bodies. Our Elderly Client Services team hold Solicitors for the Elderly and STEP (Solicitors and Trust Estate Practitioners) accreditations and our Family Team are accredited by Resolution, the national associates of family lawyers committed to non-confrontational resolution of family matters.
The Property Team hold the Law Society’s Quality Conveyancing standard and the Personal Injury Team have been recognised in the prestigious Legal 500 publication and are also members of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL).
Bennett Griffin has also won various regional business awards including a Sussex business Award, a business in the community award and a number of customer care awards.
In addition to legal work, Bennett Griffin are very proud of their involvement in the community, supporting both local and national charities. Over the years the teams and partners have raised thousands of pounds through fundraising efforts and continue to encourage staff to get involved with local organisations and events.
