Top tips to becoming resilient physically, mentally and emotionally during times of uncertainty 

The Chamber are running a free, virtual top tips session with Health Coach, Sandra Crathern from Innavision. 

We all need to be as fit and healthy as we can, even more so at the moment! This workshop will offer simple, practical top tips for day to day living that will ensure we improve our resilience physically, mentally and emotionally. As a result of these actions we can dramatically improve our general health and well-being.  This session will also give you top tips on working from home in a healthy. There will also be an opportunity to ask any questions you may have relating to this topic.
