We all need to be as fit and healthy as we can, even more so at the moment!

This workshop will offer simple, practical, top tips for day to day living that will ensure you improve and maintain good health, both mentally, emotionally and physically. 

This session will also give you suggestions on working from home to enable you to become more present, focussed and productive. 

There will also be an opportunity to ask any questions you may have relating to this topic. 

Who is it by? Sandra Crathern from Innavision. Sandra is an ACC accredited Coach and has 40 years of experience as a Registered Nurse. Sandra is passionate about wellbeing and has created simple, unique tools that can transform people's health, Sandra is the author of 'Know The Truth', a book about the secrets to creating great health.

Sandra's purpose is to give a service to others to improve their health, to share the benefits, and gain a greater sense of wellbeing in our mental, physical and emotional health.
